With over 20 years of experience in various facets of HR, like Talent Acquisition, Operations, Engagement and OD interventions, he believes that the role of HR is about shaping and delivering people strategies that, at the end of the day, make McNROE, the employer of choice; and create a space where professionals experience the fragrances of learning, growing and experimenting together as a team and be recognized for their contributions.

Ritwik has completed his management studies in Human Resources from XISS, Ranchi and worked in the Manufacturing, Telecom, Pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors.

He enjoys travelling and loves capturing his thoughts with colours on the canvas. He also enjoys working with the under-privileged class of the society.
